Implemented the ability to draw exponential pitch curves for TTS portamento (Glissando/Portamento Curves idea) and added per-step breath intensity overrides to enable more dynamic and musical vocal sequencing. Also pulled new tasks from the Innovation Lab to populate the Active Backlog.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3925232671442961457 started by @ford442

…ensity for TTS voices

- Added `portamentoType` and `slideType` to `SamplerBankParams` and `Note` interfaces to toggle between linear and exponential glides.
- Implemented `exponentialRampToPitch` and `exponentialRampPitchFromMidi` in `SingingVoice`.
- Added `breathIntensity` override to `Note` parameters for per-step breath noise modulation.
- Updated `useAudioEngine` to apply exponential glides and breath intensity correctly.
- Added tasks to active backlog based on Innovation Lab ideas.

…tax issues causing CI to fail

- Fixed a missing closing `</div>` tag in `AISongModal.tsx` that caused a JSX syntax error.
- Fixed missing and duplicate imports in `SamplerVoicePanel.tsx` that caused TypeScript errors and blocked the build.
- Fixed a potential runtime crash in `useAudioEngine.ts` by adding optional chaining `?.` to `noteParams.slideType`.
- Checked in updated `agent_plan.md` to reflect completed active backlog items.
